数字货币对银行体系的影响研究

摘要：数字货币是新时代信息科技革命的产物，受到了人们广泛的关注。但由于数字货币技术在我国的发展尚未成熟。因此为了数字货币能在我国推广发行的顺利，就必须要对其进行深入的研究。本文从数字货币的相关背景入手，从信息技术、法律规范、数字货币流通和宏观调控四个方面分析了我国发行法定数字货币所会面临的问题。然后是从对商业银行零售业务模式产生的影响、对银行现有账户体系和支付结算体系的影响、对法定数字货币为提高跨境结算效率提供新的思路、有助于商业银行开展反洗钱工作等几方面对银行体系的影响机理展开分析。最后从持续加大信息技术研发力度、推进法定数字货币金融制度建设、推动法定数字货币流通环境建设以及加强商业银行间的协作，发挥规模优势四个方面提出了有利于数字货币发展的应对策略。希望本文可对法定数字货币的发行流通等方面的问题提供一定的帮助，从而推动数字货币的发展。

Abstract：Digitalcurrencyistheproductionoftheinformationtechnologyrevolutioninthenewera,whichmakespeoplepaymoreattentiontoit.ButdigitalcurrencytechnologyinChinaisstilldeveloping.Therefore,inordertopromotetheissuanceofdigitalcurrencyinChina,itisnecessarytoconductin-depthresearch.Startingfromthebackgroundofdigitalcurrency,thispaperanalyzestheproblemsofissuinglegaldigitalcurrencyinChinafromfouraspects:informationtechnology,legalnorms,digitalcurrencycirculationandmacroeconomicregulation.Thenitanalyzestheimpactmechanismofthebankingsystemfromtheaspectsoftheimpactontheretailbusinessmodelofcommercialbanks,theimpactontheexistingaccountsystemandpaymentsettlementsystemofbanks,thelegaldigitalcurrencyprovidesnewideasforimprovingtheefficiencyofcross-bordersettlement,andhelpscommercialbankstocarryoutanti-moneylaunderingwork.Finally,thepaperputsforwardthecountermeasuresforthedevelopmentofdigitalcurrencyfromfouraspects:continuouslyincreasingtheresearchanddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,promotingtheconstructionofthelegaldigitalcurrencyfinancialsystem,promotingtheconstructionofthelegaldigitalcurrencycirculationenvironmentandstrengtheningthecooperationamongcommercialbanks.Thispaperhopetoprovidesomehelptotheissueandcirculationoflegaldigitalcurrency,soastopromotethedevelopmentofdigitalcurrency.
