五粮液资本结构存在问题及对策研究.docx

摘要

随着我国经济的增长速度减缓，经济的转型势在必行。如此一来,就需要调整产业结构，使之更加完善。五粮液面对经营的宏观环境发生巨大的变化，不但应当意识到经济新常态，更要适应经济新常态。五粮液不能只关注市场占有率、销售金额和增长速度这些量的指标，更要从企业价值、资本结构及利益相关者权益的指标衡量企业是否建康发展。其中企业的资本结构尤为重要，指企业负债与股东权益之间比例关系。资本结构可以实现企业价值最大化，提高融资效率，研究资本结构有助于股权结构设计，透过资本结构指导公司治理，资本结构关系到企业融资、投资决策活动。所以，资本结构是衡量企业健康发展的关键指标，对资本结构的优化研究具有重大意义，帮助白酒企业实现可持续发展。

本文通过对五粮液的资本结构探究，发现其资本结构存在的问题，接着对此提出针对性的建议，以期对其资本结构的优化有所帮助。与此同时，可以给同类型企业提供借鉴，使他们能充分运用资本结构理论解决自身资本结构存在的问题，从而激发企业潜在的能量。

Abstract

Wuliangyeshouldnotonlybeawareoftheneweconomicnormal,butalsoadapttoitinthefaceofgreatchangesinthemacro-environmentofitsoperation.Wuliangyeshouldnotonlypayattentiontothequantitativeindicatorssuchasmarketshare,salesamountandgrowthrate,butalsomeasurethehealthydevelopmentoftheenterprisefromtheindicatorsofenterprisevalue,capitalstructureandstakeholdersrightsandinterests.Amongthem,thecapitalstructureofenterprisesisparticularlyimportant,whichreferstotheproportionalrelationshipbetweencorporateliabilitiesandshareholdersequity.Capitalstructurecanmaximizeenterprisevalueandimprovefinancingefficiency.Studyingcapitalstructureishelpfultothedesignofequitystructure,whichguidescorporategovernanceandisrelatedtoenterprisefinancingandinvestmentdecision-makingactivities.Therefore,capitalstructureisakeyindextomeasurethehealthydevelopmentofenterprises,whichisofgreatsignificancetotheoptimizationofcapitalstructureandhelpsliquorenterprisesachievesustainabledevelopment.
