贵州省小微企业融资困境及对策分析.docx

摘要

小微企业是经济发展的重要组成部分，在促进经济增长，增加就业、科技创新与社会和谐等方面具有不可替代的作用。支持小微企业健康发展，对于经济社会保持平稳较快发展，具有重要战略意义。近年来，出台了一系列政策措施，取得积极成效。但当前小微企业经营压力大、成本上升、融资困难等问题仍很突出。目前，正处于跨越赶超的关键时期，全市经济社会面临着巨大的转型压力和就业压力，大力发展小微企业对缓解本地区转型期的压力有十分重要的作用。因此解决小微企业发展过程中的融资问题，研究小微企业融资问题及对策成为当前的一个重要课题。面对小微企业融资难的问题，作为主导地位的政府机关连续出台多项对小微企业的支持鼓励措施，其他社会组织也纷纷出谋划策。面对复杂的经济环境和社会环境，有限的政策鼓励和支持并没有从根本上解决融资难的问题。基于此，论文意从贵州省目前小微企业融资现状和存在的问题出发，试图从多角度、多方位拓宽思路，对这个问题进行了深入探讨，并提出创新性解决措施。

Abstract

Smallandmicroenterprisesareanimportantpartofeconomicdevelopmentandplayanirreplaceableroleinpromotingeconomicgrowth,increasingemployment,scientificandtechnologicalinnovationandsocialharmony.Supportingthehealthydevelopmentofsmallandmicroenterprisesisofgreatstrategicsignificanceformaintainingsteadyandrapideconomicandsocialdevelopment.Inrecentyears,aseriesofpoliciesandmeasureshavebeenintroducedandachievedpositiveresults.However,thecurrentproblemsofsmallandmicroenterprises,suchashighoperatingpressure,risingcostsandfinancingdifficulties,arestilloutstanding.Atpresent,itisinacriticalperiodofcatchingupandsurpassing,andthecityseconomyandsocietyarefacingenormoustransformationpressureandemploymentpressure.Vigorouslydevelopingsmallandmicroenterprisesplaysaveryimportantroleinalleviatingthepressureoftransformationinthisregion.Therefore,solvingthefinancingproblemsinthedevelopmentofsmallandmicroenterprisesandstudyingthefinancingproblemsandcountermeasuresofsmallandmicroenterpriseshavebecomeanimportanttopicatpresent.Facedwiththefinancingdifficultiesofsmallandmicroenterprises,theleadinggovernmentagencieshavesuccessivelyissuedanumberofsupportandencouragementmeasuresforsmallandmicroenterprises,andothersocialorganizationshavealsomadesuggestions.Facedwiththecomplicatedeconomicandsocialenvironment,limitedpolicyencouragementandsupport
