摘要

在建筑工程安全管理中，最为重要的一项便是施工安全惯例，也是最为关键的一个环节。在建筑施工的过程总，线施工人员需要严格按照施工标准和技术手段进行施工，并且要对施工材料进行严格的检查，确保施工材料的可靠性。同时还应当做好后续发生安全事故的准备，一旦发生安全事故，需要及时进行处理。在建筑施工安全管理中，施工作业范围广，施工现场机床施工复杂，施工时间长，受恶劣天气环境影响。所以，安全管理是必要的。因此，本文以周口市中兴产业园建设工程项目施工安全管理研究为题，通过对周口市中兴产业园建设工程项目的基本了解以及施工安全管理现状的调研进行分析，了解了周口市中兴产业园建设工程项目施工安全管理的现状，接着对施工安全管理模式进行了分析，随后又对施工安全管理案例进行了了解，最后针对该项目安全存在的问题以及改正的措施进行了分析，也为其它工程项目施工安全提供了依据。

Abstract
