供应链视角下小熊电器营运资金管理研究.docx

摘要

营运资金作为企业的血液，在企业的资产项目中流动性最强，对维持企业的生存发展具有战略意义。传统的管理模式下，企业更关注的是营运资金在企业内部的流动性问题，对营运资金的管理偏向单项资金与部分财务比率，导致营运资金管理不能与企业业务流程有效融合，不能有效地反映资金在企业整个运营活动的变化情况。随着供应链理论在企业管理中得到更多实际应用，营运资金管理拥有了一个新视角。在此方法下，对企业营运资金的研究与管理能够兼顾供应链的整体，促进企业财务与业务的有效融合。

本文选取小熊电器股份有限公司作为研究对象，运用文献研究、案例分析以及比较分析三种研究方法，以营运资金管理理论、供应链管理理论以及客户关系管理理论等理论为基础，分采购、研发生产以及销售三个环节对小熊电器营运资金周转期的变化以及资金分配情况进行分析,并依据营运资金管理质量评价指标与小家电行业巨头之一的九阳股份及行业均值进行对比分析以及优化措施。

Abstract

Asthebloodofanenterprise,workingcapitalhasthestrongestliquidityintheassetsoftheenterprise,whichisofstrategicsignificancetothesurvivalanddevelopmentoftheenterprise.Underthetraditionalmanagementmode,theenterprisepaysmoreattentiontotheworkingcapitalintheenterprisesinternalliquidityproblem,totheworkingcapitalsmanagementslantsthesinglefundandthepartialfinancialratio,therefore,theworkingcapitalmanagementcannotbeintegratedwiththebusinessprocessandcannotreflectthechangesoftheworkingcapitalinthewholeoperationoftheenterprise.Withmorepracticalapplicationofsupplychaintheoryinenterprisemanagement,WorkingCapitalManagementhasanewperspective.Underthismethod,theresearchandmanagementofenterpriseworkingcapitalcantakeintoaccountthewholesupplychain,andpromotetheeffectiveintegrationofenterprisefinanceandbusiness.
