探究心血管护理中舒适护理的临床应用效果分析

【摘要】目的分析研究将舒适护理用于心血管护理中的临床效果。方法本次于心血管内科开展研究，共计

选取72例患者，均符合心血管疾病诊断标准，同时经过对其基本资料及临床资料的调查分析后确认符合实验参

与条件。将采取对照实验形式开展研究，根据患者的入院顺序分组，最终分组为对照组、观察组，每组36例，

并分别对其实施常规护理、舒适护理，比较护理效果。结果通过SAS（焦虑评估量表）、SDS（抑郁评估量表）

评估了两组患者的心理状态，从结果数据分析看，观察组患者护理后的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；

并且观察组患者护理满意度也更高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在心血管护理中实施舒适护理可减轻患者心理不

良情绪、提高护理满意度。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheclinicaleffectofusingcomfortcareincardiovascularcare.MethodsAtotal

of72patientswereselectedinthedepartmentofcardiovascularMedicine,allofwhichmetthediagnosticcriteriaof

cardiovasculardisease.Meanwhile,theinvestigationandanalysisofthebasicdataandclinicaldataconfirmedthatthey

mettheconditionsforexperimentalparticipation.Thestudywillbecarriedoutintheformofcontrolexperiment,andthe

patientswillbegroupedaccordingtotheadmissionorder,andthefinalgroupiscontrolgroupandobservationgroup,with

36casesineachgroup,androutinenursingandcomfortablenursingwillbeimplementedrespectivelytocomparethe

nursingeffect.ResultsThepsychologicalstatusofthetwogroupswasassessedbySAS(anxietyassessmentscale)and

SDS(depressionassessmentscale).Fromtheoutcomedataanalysis,theSASandSDSscoresoftheobservationgroup

weresignificantlylowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P0.05);andthenursingsatisfactionoftheobservationgroupwas

higherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P0.05).ConclusionComfortablenursingincardiovascularnursingcanreduce

patientspsychologicalbadmoodandimprovenursingsatisfaction.
