探讨护理专案在提高胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者自我注射正确率的应用效果
【摘要】目的探讨护理专案在提高胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者自我注射正确率的应用效果。方法抽取2022年
10月-2023年10月我院40例接受胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者，根据随机数字法分组，各20例。对照组采取常规
护理以及健康教育，研究组采取护理专案。分析两组患者胰岛素注射正确率、血糖控制效果及低血糖发生率。结
果研究组患者自我注射胰岛素正确率高于对照组，指标比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组血糖控制效
果优于对照组，低血糖发生率低于对照组，指标比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在应用胰岛素治疗糖
尿病患者的临床护理中采取护理专案措施，有助于规范患者自我胰岛素注射行为，提高正确注射率，进而有效保
障了血糖控制效果，减少了低血糖的出现。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofnursingprograminimprovingthecorrectrateofself-
injectionininsulintreatmentofdiabetespatients.Methods40diabeticpatientsreceivinginsulintherapyinourhospital
fromOctober2022toOctober2023wereselectedanddividedinto20patientseachaccordingtorandomnumbermethod.
Thecontrolgrouptookroutinenursingandhealtheducation,andthestudygrouptooknursingproject.Thecorrectrateof
insulininjection,theeffectofbloodglucosecontrolandtheincidenceofhypoglycemiawereanalyzed.ResultsThecorrect
rateofself-injectioninsulininthestudygroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatistically
significant(P0.05).Thebloodglucosecontroleffectofthestudygroupwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthe
incidenceofhypoglycemiawaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup,withstatisticalsignificance(P0.05).Conclusion
Takingspecialnursingmeasuresintheclinicalnursingofpatientswithdiabetestreatedwithinsulinishelpfultostandardize
theself-insulininjectionbehaviorofpatients,improvethecorrectinjectionrate,andtheneffectivelyguaranteetheblood
