理肺降气疏肝调气治疗功能性便秘

疗效观察

摘要?[目的]：观察理肺调气、疏肝调气法，以四逆散为基础方治疗功能性便秘临床效果。[方法]：将112例便秘随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组56例予以西医西药莫沙比利治疗手段，治疗组56例运用理肺调气、疏肝调气法，以四逆散为基础方治疗，观察每日排便情况，两组疗程均为4个7天的单一疗程。治疗结束后停药，随访3月参照标准判定临床效果。[结果]：治疗组临床治愈38例，显效13例，无效5例，对照组?临床治愈28例，显效9例，无效19例。治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为91.07%和66.07%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。[结论]：应用理肺调气、疏肝调气法，以四逆散为基础方治疗功能性便秘便秘临床疗效明显优于西医西药的临床疗效。
