【摘要】HyaluronicAcid,alsocalledhyaluronan,oneofthemain

componentsoftheextracellularmatrix,whichplayskeyroleinthe

pathogenesisoftumors.Inthisreview,thestructure,synthesis,

degradationofhyaluronananditsinteractionwiththereceptors,andtheir

functionsinthepathogenesisoftumorsweresummarized.Therecent

advancesofhyaluronaninthetreatmentoftumorswerealsoreviewed.%透

明质酸是细胞外基质的重要成分之一，在肿瘤的发生发展中起到关键作用。本文介

绍了透明质酸的结构、合成、降解，与受体之间的相互作用，在肿瘤的发病机制中

起到的作用。并且就近年来透明质酸在肿瘤的治疗中的研究进展进行综述。
