一、课程简介
《法律文书学》是法学专业的一门应用写作课程，是在学生掌握基础科目的基础上，培养学生的法律文书写作能力的一门课程。
《法律文书学》主要介绍法律文书的基本特点和制作法律文书的基本要求；按照法律文书的不同制作主体，学习裁判文书，检察文书，律师文书，公证文书等的制作要点和制作技巧。
《法律文书学》注重训练学生的实际写作能力，学生须模拟完成相关法律文书的撰写任务，并对相关真实法律文书进行评析。培养学生掌握法律文书的基本写作技巧，培养期专业实践能力，为今后从事各种法律实务工作打下基础，能更好更快的胜任法官、检察官、律师的工作。
《法律文书学》课程以课上讲授为主，课下写作练习为辅。课程考核包括过程性评价与总结性评价。过程性评价主要包括学生的出勤、课堂表现、平时作业等，其中平时作业以文书写作为主，每个主题最少布置一次写作作业；总结性评价为期末写作笔试。
《法律文书学》课程通过设立课程思政的目标，在课程展开中和教学目标、具体章节中的教学内容相结合，以真正实现课程思政的教育效果。

LegalDocumentsmainlyintroducesthebasiccharacteristicsoflegaldocumentsandthebasicrequirementsforthepreparationoflegaldocuments;Accordingtothedifferentproductionsubjectsoflegaldocuments,learnthekeypointsandproductionskillsofjudgmentdocuments,procuratorialdocuments,lawyerdocuments,notarizationdocuments,etc.
LegalDocumentsfocusesontrainingstudentspracticalwritingability,andstudentsmustsimulatethecompletionofrelevantlegaldocumentswritingtasksandevaluaterelevantreallegaldocuments.Cultivatestudentstomasterthebasicwritingskillsoflegaldocuments,cultivateprofessionalpracticeability,layafoundationforvariouslegalpracticeworkinthefuture,andbebetterandfastercompetentfortheworkofjudges,prosecutorsandlawyers.
