前言
职业规划课上,老师曾用一段纸条度量我们的人生长度,再撕去各种因素的人生时段的纸条后,我们得到的属于每个人自己应展示生命价值的学习工作时间的纸条实在是小的可怜。抛开已逝去的时光,在短短的三年大学学习生活中,规划好接下的人生时光,使其更有价值是很重要的。因为,必要的规划可以给人一个方向,一个目标,而不会让人站在原地迷茫、徘徊、不知所措。它让我们更好地了解自身的优势及缺陷,使我们有针对性地学习、提高。当我们通过对自我的分析,了解自己,认清自己,评估自己的知识、能力;找出自己的特点,明确自己的优势、劣势之后,就能更加正确地设定自己的职业发展目标,并制定行动计划,使自己的才能在日后得到充分的发挥,以实现职业发展目标。
不去思考未来,明天就没有方向,人生便容易在花开花落中虚度。所以,人生的路该如何走,是个值得每个人去认真思考的问题,也是我们每一个人要实事求是去规划的一项工程。
为了给自己的人生设定一条轨迹,为了最大限度地发掘自我潜能,增强自己的竞争实力,为了让自己的职业生涯发展更有目的性与计划性,为了提升自己应对竞争的能力,我决定给自己的未来设计一个蓝图,给自己的人生设计一个坐标轴。
