Introduction
Thiscontractofemploymentismadebetween[CompanyName],acompanyincorporatedin[CountryofIncorporation]withitsregisteredofficeat[RegisteredOfficeAddress],and[EmployeeName],apersonresidingat[EmployeeResidenceAddress].
1.ScopeofEmployment
1.1TheEmployeeshallengageinthebusinessof[CompanyName]andshallperformsuchdutiesasmaybeassignedtohimfromtimetotimebytheEmployer.
1.2TheEmployeeshallreportto[NameofSupervisor]andshallcomplywithallinstructionsanddirectivesissuedbyhim.
2.DurationofEmployment
2.1Thiscontractshallcommenceon[DateofCommencement]andshallcontinueforaninitialperiodof[InitialContractPeriod]unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthiscontract.
2.2Eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractongiving[NoticePeriod]dayspriorwrittennoticetotheotherparty.
3.PlaceofWork
3.1TheEmployeeshallworkattheregisteredofficeoftheEmployerat[RegisteredOfficeAddress].
3.2TheEmployeemayberequiredtotraveltootherlocationsforthepurposeofperforminghisduties.
4.Remuneration
4.1TheEmployeeshallbepaidabasicsalaryof[BasicSalaryAmount]permonth,payableinaccordancewiththepayrollcycleoftheEmployer.
4.2Inadditiontothebasicsalary,theEmployeeshallbeentitledtoreceiveanyallowancesorbonusesthatmaybeapprovedfromtimetotimebytheEmployer.
4.3AlltaxesontheremunerationpaidtotheEmployeeshallbedeductedbytheEmployeratsourceandremittedtotherelevantauthorities.
5.Benefits
5.1TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtosuchbenefitsasmaybeprovidedfromtimetotimebytheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedtomedicalinsurance,providentfund,andbonu
