产学研融合的高校化学专业人才培养模式研究

摘要：产学研合作教育促进教学、科研和生产的有机融合，是培养创新人才的有效途径。随着教育的发展，产学研合作的
育人模式逐渐成为高校创新人才培养的必经路线之一，尤其是对化学化工等实践性强的学科，产学研发挥着非常重要
的作用。但是，在化学教学和人才培养过程中仍存在一些待解决的问题。文章针对产学研实施过程中存在的具体问题，
探索成熟的基于产学研合作的人才培养模式，以提高教学质量和人才培养质量，促进教学改革。
关键词：产学研；化学化工；人才培养；高校

Abstract:Industry-university-researchcooperativeeducationpromotestheorganicintegrationofteaching,researchandproduction,
whichisaneffectivewaytotraininnovativetalents.Withthedevelopmentofeducation,thetrainingmodeofindustry-university-
researchcooperationhasgraduallybecomeoneofthenecessaryroutesforthetrainingofinnovativetalentsincollegesand
universities,especiallyforchemistryandchemicalengineeringandotherpracticaldisciplines,whichplayaveryimportantrole.
However,therearestillsomeproblemstobesolvedinthecourseofchemistryteachingandtalenttraining.Aimingatthespecific
problemsexistingintheimplementationprocessofindustry-university-research,thispaperexploresamaturetalenttrainingmodel
basedonindustry-university-researchcooperationtoimprovethequalityofteachingandtalenttrainingandpromoteteachingreform.
