数字经济赋能新质生产力
的内在机制研究

[摘要]］在新时代背景下，通过数字科技革命和数字化手段，为推动生产要素、生产方式和生产关系的全面变革提
供新指引。数字经济通过多方面的机制与路径赋能新质生产力，具体表现为数据要素的价值创造、数字技术创新驱动、提升
产业融合与协同效应、促进生产关系变革、构建数字生态体系等方面。目前，数字经济赋能新质生产力应结合数字变革的特
征与生产力发展要求，应以“数字中国”布局新质生产力战略规划，提升数字素养以培育新型劳动者队伍，推动数字智能创
新作为新质生产力发展的引擎，通过数字融合优化产业结构，加快新质生产力的发展，扎实推进高质量发展。未来，需要加
强多级联动，共同赋能新质生产力发展，形成良好的互动和协同效应。

Abstract:Inthenewerabackground,digitaltechnologyrevolutionanddigitalizationmeansprovidenewguidanceforcomprehensive
transformationofproductionfactors,productionmodesandproductionrelations.Digitaleconomyempowersnewqualityproductiveforces
throughvariousmechanismsandchannels,specificallyincludingthevaluecreationofdatafactors,innovationdrivenbydigitaltechnology,
enhancingthesynergyandintegrationofindustries,promotingthetransformationofproductionrelations,andbuildingadigitalecological
system.Theempowermentofnewqualityproductiveforcesbydigitaleconomynowshouldbecombinedwiththecharacteristicsofdigital
transformationandthedevelopmentrequirementsofproductiveforces,andanewstrategyforlayingoutthenewqualityproductiveforces
shouldbeformulatedbasedonthelayoutofDigitalChina.Digitalliteracyshouldbeenhancedtocultivateanewtypeoflaborforce,and
thepromotionofdigitalintelligentinnovationshouldbemadeastheengineforthedevelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforces.The
