HRToolbox-StandardEmploymentContract

EMPLOYMENTCONTRACT

ThisEmploymentContract(the“Contract”)ismadeandenteredintoon[Date]byandbetween[EmployerName],a[corporate/limitedliabilitycompany/otherlegalentity]organizedunderthelawsof[Country/State],hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Employer”,and[EmployeeName],anindividual,hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Employee”.

1.EMPLOYMENT

TheEmployerherebyemploystheEmployee,andtheEmployeeacceptsemploymentwiththeEmployer,uponthetermsandconditionssetoutinthisContract.

2.DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

TheEmployeeshallperformthedutiesandresponsibilitiesassignedbytheEmployerinaccordancewiththejobdescriptionsetoutinthisContractorotherwisenotifiedtotheEmployee.

3.PLACEOFWORK

TheEmployeeshallworkattheplacedesignatedbytheEmployeroratanyotherlocationasdesignatedbytheEmployer.

4.HOURSOFWORK

TheEmployeeshallworkthehoursandscheduleasdeterminedbythepoliciesandproceduresoftheEmployerorasotherwisemutuallyagreedbytheparties.

5.SALARYANDBENEFITS

TheEmployeeshallreceiveasalaryandbenefitsasspecifiedinthisContractorasotherwisemutuallyagreedbytheparties.ThesalarymaybesubjecttodeductionsasperpoliciesandproceduresoftheEmployer.

6.CONFIDENTIALITYANDNON-COMPETE

Employeeacknowledgesthathe/shemaybeexposedtoconfidentialinformationduringemployment,andagreesnottodiscloseanyconfidentialinformationwithoutproperauthorizationfromtheEmployer.Additionally,EmployeeagreesnottoengageinanyactivitythatcompetesdirectlyorindirectlywiththebusinessoftheEmployerduringemploymentorforaspecifiedperiodafteremploymentends.

7.TERMINATIONOFEMPLOYMENT

ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartygivingnoticeasspecifiedinthisContractorasotherwisemutuallya
