ThisStatementofWork(“SOW)”,includingallExhibitsattachedhereto,isplacedbetween
(“Hitachi”)and(“Supplier”)andismade
onthetermsoftheMasterProfessionalServicesAgreement(the“MPSA”)executedbetweenHitachiandSupplier.
本工作说明书（“SOW”）包括其所有附件，由【填入HitachiVantara公司名称】（“Hitachi”）和【填入供应商公司名称】（“供应商”）根据双方签订的专业服务总协议（“协议”）的条款制定。
ThisSOWisgovernedby,andincorporatesbyreference,thetermsandconditionsofMPSA.IntheeventofanyconflictbetweentheSOWandtheMPSA,thetermsoftheMPSAwillprevail.
本SOW受协议条款和条件的约束，并将协议条款和条件纳入本SOW中。若本SOW与协议出现任何冲突，则应以协议为准。
1.Term/期限
