《车辆环境标准》旨在提供有关车辆环境兼容性的说明，以确保健康保护，最大限度地减少环境影响，并节省相关资源；

ThepurposeoftheEnvironmentalStandardforVehiclesistoprovideinstructionswithregardto

environmentalcompatibilityofvehiclesinordertoensurehealthprotection,minimizeenvironmen-

talimpact,andsaveresourcesregarding:

–Obtaintherecyclabilitysystemapprovalinthetypeapproval-在型式认证中获得可回收性系统认证

–Fulfilltherecoverabilityratesrequiredbylaw-满足法律要求的可回收率

–Reducetheamountofwastetobedisposedofandthepollutantloadtothelevelsrequiredby

law将待处理的废物数量和污染物负荷降低到法律要求的水平

–Conserveenergyandmaterialresourcesandtoincreasetheproportionofrecycledmaterial
