[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigateresidents’willingnesstouse“internet+nursingservices”ofacommunityinXiamenCityandprovidereferenceforthecodeofpracticetopromotetheservice.MethodsAtotalof350communityresidentsinXiamenCitywereinvestigatedbyconveniencesamplingfromJanuarytoDecember2023.Thequestionnairewasself-designedwithregardtotheirwillingnesstouse“internet+nursingservices”.Results336questionnaireswereeffectivelycollected.Thetotalscoreofwillingnesstouse“internet+nursingservices”ofcommunityresidentsinXiamenCitywas（68.80±8.73）points，butonly19.6%ofresidentsknewabout“internet+nursingservices”.Therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesinwillingnesstouseamongcommunityresidentswithdifferentages，medicalpaymenttype，whethertheyknew“internet+nursingservices”ornot，andthenumberofserviceitemsneeded（Plt;0.05）.Amongthem，age，whethertheyknew“internet+nursingservices”ornotandthenumberofserviceitemsneededwerethemaininfluencingfactorsofwillingnesstouse（Plt;0.05）.ConclusionCommunityresidentsinXiamenCityshowabovethemiddlelevelofwillingnesstouse“internet+nursingservices”.However，thepopularityof“internet+nursingservices”hasalargeroomforimprovement.Thepublicitytotheresidentsshouldbestrengthened，andthecareneedsofresidentswithdifferentdemographiccharacteristicsshouldbeconsidered.Thesupportingapplicationfunctionsofsuchplatformsshouldbedesignedtomeetthehealthneedsofcommunityresidents，especiallyelderlypatientswithgreatdemandforservices.
