[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatethesupportivecareneedsandrelatedinfluencingfactorsofpostoperativesurvivorsofcolorectalcancer（CRC）.MethodsConveniencesamplingmethodwasusedtoselectCRCpostoperativesurvivorswhoreceivedmedicaltreatmentfromMay2023toMay2024asthestudyobjects.Clinicaldataquestionnaire，cancersurvivors’unmetneedsmeasure（CaSUN），hospitalanxietyanddepressionscale（HADS），self-acceptancequestionnaire（SAQ）andmultidimensionalscaleofperceivedsocialsupport（MSPSS）wereusedtoinvestigatethesurvivorsafterCRC.Results200questionnairesweresentoutinthisstudy，andtheeffectiveresponseratewas91.5%.ThetotalscoreofCaSUN，HADS，SAQandMSPSSof183CRCsurvivorswas（88.79±11.53），（22.36±4.48），（37.59±6.56）and（47.12±7.80）scoresrespectively.Pearsoncorrelationanalysisshowedthattheneedforsupportivecarewaspositivelycorrelatedwithanxietyanddepressionsymptoms（r=0.439，Plt;0.05），andnegativelycorrelatedwithself-acceptanceandsocialsupportlevel（r=–0.517，r=–0.324，Plt;0.05）.Multiplelinearregressionanalysisshowedthatmonthlyfamilyincome，stomystatus，anxietyanddepressionsymptoms，self-acceptanceandsocialsupportlevelwerefactorsinfluencingthedegreeofsupportivecareneedofsurvivorsafterCRCsurgery，andcouldexplain46.1%ofthechangeinthedegreeofsupportivecareneedofsurvivorsafterCRCsurgery.ConclusionThereisaconsiderabledegreeofsupportivecareneedsinsurvivorsafterCRCsurgery.Monthlyfamilyincome，stomystatus，anxietyanddepressionsymptoms，self-acceptanceandsocialsupportlevelcanallaffectthesupportivecareneedsofpatients，andtargetedmanagementsupportshouldbeconsideredinclinicalevaluationfromvariousaspects.
