[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationvalueofshearwaveelastography（SWE）innon-invasivequantitativeassessmentofnon-alcoholicfattyliverdisease（NAFLD）inchildren，andprovidediagnosticcluesforearlyclinicalinterventioninchildrenwithNAFLD.MethodsAtotalof362childrenvoluntarilyexaminedinInnerMongoliaMaternalandChildHealthHospitalfromFebruary2022toJune2023wereselectedasthestudyobjects，andweredividedintoNAFLDgroup（216cases）andcontrolgroup（146cases）accordingtotheexaminationresults.Theage，sex，bodymassindex（BMI），alanineaminotransferase（ALT），γ-glutamyltransferase（γ-GGT），uricacid，totalcholesterol（TC），triglyceride（TG），lowdensitylipoproteinnbsp;（LDL），insulin，highdensitylipoprotein（HDL），glucose，aspartateaminotransferaseoftwogroupsofchildrenwerecollectedandcompared.Spearmanrankcorrelationwasusedforcorrelationanalysis.Receiveroperatingcharacteristic（ROC）curvewasusedtodeterminethepredictivevalueofYoung’smodulustoNAFLD.ResultsBMI，liverYoung’smodulus，portalflowvelocity，ALT，γ-GGT，uricacid，TC，TG，LDLandinsulininNAFLDgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseincontrolgroup，whileHDLwassignificantlylowerthanthatincontrolgroup（Plt;0.05）.LiverYoung’smoduluswaspositivelycorrelatedwithportalflowvelocity，BMI，ALT，γ-GGT，uricacid，TC，TG，LDLandinsulin，andnegativelycorrelatedwithHDL（Plt;0.05）.ROCcurveresultsshowedthattheareaunderthecurveofliverYoung’smoduluspredictedNAFLDinchildrenwas0.873（95%CI：0.836-0.910），sensitivitywas75.0%，specificitywas93.2%.ConclusionSWEcanevaluateNAFLDnon-invasively，real-timeandquantitatively，andprovideimportantclinicaldiagnosticinf
