摘要:对新型钢轨打磨小车的曲线通过性能进行分析。建立新型钢轨打磨小车静力学模型,确认

新型钢轨打磨小车的刚度是否能通过缓和曲线。设计了时速为40km/h与120km/h,采用曲线半径为

300m和800m的右弯线路,建立新型钢轨打磨小车动力学模型,分析新型钢轨打磨小车过弯时各车轮

脱轨因数的变化情况。分析结果表明,在缓和曲线且超高顺坡率为3%o的极限静态条件下,当新型钢轨

打磨小车单个车轮受迫抬起时,其余车轮不会脱离轨面,刚度满足要求。新型钢轨打磨小车以高速打磨

状态通过曲线半径为300m和800m的右弯线路时,左前轮脱轨因数在线路后半段出现增大现象,绝对

要求。

Abstract:Thecurvepassingperformanceofthenewtypeofrailgrindingtrolleywasanalyzed.Thestatic

modelofthenewtypeofrailgrindingtrolleywasestablishedtoconfirmwhetherthestiffnessofthenewtypeof

railgrindingtrolleycanmeettherequirementforpassingthroughtransitioncurve.Thedesignspeedsare40

km/hand120km/h,therightturnlineswithcurveradiof300mand800mwereused,andthedynamic

modelofthenewtypeofrailgrindingtrolleywasestablishedtoanalyzethechangeinderailmentfactorofeach

wheelwhenthenewtypeofrailgrindingtrolleypassesthroughthebend.Theanalysisresultindicatesthat

undertheextremestaticconditionofagentlecurveandasuperhighsloperateof3%o,whenasinglewheelof

thenewtypeofrailgrindingtrolleyisforcedtolift,theremainingwheelswillnotdetachfromtherailsurface,

andthestiffnessmeetstherequirement.Whenthenewtypeofrailgrindingtrolleypassesthroughtherightturn

lineswithcurveradiof300mand800munderthehigh-speedpolishingcondition,thederailmentfactorof

theleftfrontwheelincreasesinthelatterhalfoftheline,withabsolutepeakvaluesof0.84and0.86,

respectively.Theabsolutevaluesofthederailmentfactorsoftheremainingwheelsarelessthan0.5throughout

theentireprocess,andallderailmentfactorsofwheelsmeetthestandardrequir
