负压伤口护理对于普通外科手术患者伤口愈合的影响分析

摘要目的：分析负压伤口护理对于普通外科手术患者伤口愈合的影响。方法：选取2022年10月—2023年10月于滕

州市第一人民医院外科接受手术治疗的患者90例作为观察对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，各45例。对照组行常规伤

口护理，观察组行负压伤口护理。对比两组伤口愈合时间、疼痛程度、护理满意度、切口愈合情况。结果：观察组伤口愈合

时间短于对照组（P＜0.001）。干预前，两组数字评定量表（NRS）评分对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组

NRS评分降低，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.001）。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组（P=0.036）。观察组切口愈合情况优

于对照组（P=0.013）。结论：负压伤口护理能够促进普通外科手术患者伤口愈合，减轻切口疼痛，提高患者护理满意度。
