摘要：为进一步强化通风空调水系统管道施工质量、施工效率，以某商业办公楼工程项目为例，分析了管道选型、

支架安装、管道除锈刷油、附件安装、水压试验等水系统管道安装步骤的施工要点，旨在提升商业办公楼工程中通

风空调水系统管道施工的有效性、可靠性，为相关工程实践工作提供一定的借鉴与参考。
