摘要在“双碳”战略背景下，装配式建筑作为广西推动绿色建造的重要抓手，其成本问题成为制约规模化发展的瓶颈。本文以广

西典型装配式建筑项目为研究对象，通过对比分析法揭示其与传统现浇建筑在全周期成本（设计、生产、运输、施工、运维）的差异；结

合解释结构模型（ISM）和层次分析法（AHP），识别出广西地区装配式建筑成本的关键影响因素及其权重。研究发现，设计标化程度

低、运输成本高、产业链协同不足是广西装配式成本超支的主因。基于此，提出优化设计流程、构建区域化预制构件产业园、强化政策

支持等针对性措施，为广西乃至西南多山地区装配式建筑降本增效提供参考。

Abstract:Inthecontextofthedualcarbonstrategy,prefabricatedbuildings,asanimportantleverforpromotinggreenconstruction

inGuangxi,havebecomeabottleneckrestrictinglarge-scaledevelopmentduetocostissues.Thisarticletakestypicalprefabricated

buildingprojectsinGuangxiastheresearchobject,andrevealsthedifferencesinfullcyclecosts(design,production,transportation,

construction,operationandmaintenance)betweenthemandtraditionalcast-in-placebuildingsthroughcomparativeanalysis.Bycombining

theInterpretiveStructuralModel(ISM)andAnalyticHierarchyProcess(AHP),thekeyinfluencingfactorsandtheirweightsonthecostof

prefabricatedbuildingsinGuangxiregionareidentified.Researchhasfoundthatlowstandardizationofdesign,hightransportationcosts,

andinsufficientcollaborationintheindustrialchainarethemainreasonsforthecostoverrunsofprefabricatedconstructioninGuangxi.
