乳腺外科医师规培中目标导向带教模式的作用及教学满意度分析

摘要目的:观察乳腺外科医师规培中目标导向带教模式的作用及教学满意度。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年9月在

蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院参加规培的80名乳腺外科医师为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(给予常规带教模式)

和观察组(在对照组基础上给予目标导向带教模式),各40名。比较两组教学满意度、学员出科成绩及教学质量。结果:观察

组教学满意度高于对照组(P=0.006);观察组专科理论知识、专科基础操作及综合成绩高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组学习主

动性、理论知识应用、团队协作、沟通能力评分及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺外科规培医师采用目标导向

带教模式,可提高学员教学满意度,增强专科理论和实践技能,教学质量较高。

AbstractObjective:Toobservetheroleandteachingsatisfactionofgoal-orientedteachingmodelinbreastsurgeonstraining.

Methods:80breastsurgeonswhoparticipatedintheprogramtrainingintheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofBengbuMedicalUniversity

fromAugust2022toSeptember2023wereselectedasthestudyobjects.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,theywere

dividedintothecontrolgroup(giventheconventionalteachingmode)andtheobservationgroup(giventhegoal-orientedteaching

modeonthebasisofthecontrolgroup),with40participantseach.Theteachingsatisfaction,studentsgradesandteachingquality

werecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Theteachingsatisfactionofobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofcontrolgroup

(P=0.006).Thetheoreticalknowledge,basicoperationandcomprehensivescoresoftheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseof

thecontrolgroup(P0.001).Thescoresoflearninginitiative,applicationoftheoreticalknowledge,teamwork,communicationability

andtotalscoreofobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseofcontrolgroup(P0.05).Conclusion:Thegoal-orientedteachingmodel

canimprovethestudentsteachingsatisfaction,enhancetheirtheoreticalandpracticalskills,andimprovetheteac
