ThisAgreementmadeandenteredintobyandweenyouandREGOBeijingRuiGongTech

Co.,Ltd.(hereinafterreferredtoasREGO)stipulatesthetermsandconditionspertainingto

thelicensingofthesoftware.PleasereadthisSoftwareLicenseAgreementcarefullybefore

installingorusingthesoftwareandaccompanyingdata(hereinafterreferredtoasthe

Software).ByinstallingtheSoftware,youareagreeingtobeboundbythisAgreement.Ifyou

donotagreetothetermsofthisAgreement,youarenotentitledtoinstalltheSoftware.

1.PermittedLicenseUses

REGOgrantstoyouanonexclusiverighttousetheSoftwareunderthetermsandconditionsof

thisAgreement.REGOreservesallrightsnotexpresslygrantedtoyouinthisAgreement.The

rightsgrantedhereinarelimitedtoREGOsintellectualpropertyrightsintheSoftware.Onlyfor

thepurposeofusingaREGOproduct,youmayinstalltheSoftwareonacomputerthatis

directlyorviaalocalareanetworkconnectedtotheREGOproduct.

2.RestrictionsonPermittedLicenseUses

Youmaynotreverseengineer,disassemble,ordecompilewithregardtotheSoftware.In

addition,youmaynotcopy,reproduce,alter,modifyorcreatederivativeworksoftheSoftware

oranypartthereof.Notwithstandingtheprovisionabove,youmayanalyze,copy,oralterthe

binarydata(objectcode)ofthepartofsourcecodedisclosedoutoftheSoftware.Youmaynot

sublicense,transfer,rent,lease,orredistributetheSoftwaretoathirdparty.REGOisnot

obliedtoprovideanymaintenance,technicalorothersupportfortheSoftware.Youmay

usetheSoftwareonlywithaREGOproductandyouarenotpermittedtousetheSoftwarefor

anyproductotherthanaREGOproduct.
