ThisEngineeringDesignContract(Contract)isenteredintoon[Date],between[CompanyName](Company),acompanyincorporatedunderthelawsof[Country/State],withitsregisteredofficeat[CompanyAddress],and[ClientName](Client),acompanyincorporatedunderthelawsof[Country/State],withitsregisteredofficeat[ClientAddress](collectivelyreferredtoastheParties).

1.ScopeofWork

1.1TheCompanyagreestoprovideengineeringdesignservices(Services)totheClientinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.

1.2TheServicesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:

1.2.1Conductingfeasibilitystudiesandanalyzingtechnicalrequirements;

1.2.2Preparingdetailedengineeringdesigns,drawings,andspecifications;

1.2.3Conductingsitesurveysandinspections;

1.2.4Providingtechnicalconsultationsandrecommendations;

1.2.5Assistingwiththepreparationofconstructiondocumentsandcontractdocumentation;

1.2.6Ensuringcompliancewithapplicablelaws,regulations,andstandards.

2.TermandTermination

2.1ThisContractshallcommenceonthe[Date]andshallremainineffectforaperiodof[Duration](theTerm).

2.2EitherPartymayterminatethisContractatanytime,uponwrittennoticetotheotherParty,intheeventofabreachofanymaterialtermorconditionofthisContractbytheotherParty.

2.3UponterminationofthisContract,thePartiesshallpromptlysettlealloutstandingobligationsandliabilitiesunderthisContract.

3.FeesandPayment

3.1TheClientshallpaytheCompanyafeeof[Amount](theFees)fortheprovisionoftheServices.

3.2TheFeesshallbepaidinaccordancewiththefollowingschedule:
