ThisLaborContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)isherebyexecutedbyandbetween[EmployersName],withregisteredaddressat[EmployersAddress],hereinafterreferredtoastheEmployer,and[EmployeesName],withidentitycardnumber[EmployeesIDNumber],hereinafterreferredtoastheEmployee,collectivelyreferredtoasthePartieseffectivefromthedateofthisContract.
Article1:PositionandDuties
1.1TheEmployeeshallbeemployedas[PositionTitle]intheEmployers[Department/Division/Unit],andshallperformthefollowingduties:
-[ListofSpecificDutiesandResponsibilities]
-ComplywiththeEmployersinternalregulations,workprocedures,andotherrelevantrequirements.
1.2TheEmployeeshallstrivetoimprovetheirprofessionalskillsandcontributetotheEmployersdevelopment.
Article2:DurationofEmployment
2.1ThedurationofthisContractshallbe[DurationofEmployment,e.g.,twoyearsfromthedateofsigningthisContract].Itshallcommenceon[StartDate]andterminateon[EndDate].
2.2TheContractmaybereneweduponmutualagreementoftheParties,providedthattherenewaldoesnotexceed[MaximumDuration,e.g.,twoyears].
Article3:SalaryandBenefits
3.1TheEmployeesmonthlysalaryshallbe[MonthlySalaryAmount](RMB),whichshallbepaidonthe[PaymentDate,e.g.,15thofeachmonth].
3.2TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewiththefollowingbenefits:
-SocialSecurityandHousingFundcontributionsinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations.
-Paidannualleave,sickleave,andmaternity/paternityleaveasstipulatedbytheEmployersinternalregulations.
-OtherbenefitsasagreeduponbytheParties.
Article4:WorkingHoursandRestPeriods
4.1TheEmployeeshallworkfull-time,withastandardworkingweekof[NumberofWorkdaysperWeek]days,andanhourlyworkingtimeof[NumberofHoursperDay].
4.2TheEmployeeshallbeentitledto[NumberofDaysperYear]ofpaidannua
