本工程室两层，基础埋深较深，基坑必须采用支护措施。

现依据《郑州市人才交流人才岩土工程勘察报告》第

23页中地基承载力值为165Kpa进行编制施工方案，边坡支护

采用止水帷幕加喷锚措施。暂定：止水帷幕采用一层高压旋喷桩、

一层搅拌桩均为密布，若土层较松软，必要时可增设一道钢筋

混凝土灌注桩抗倾覆。具体设计数据待有勘探报告后计算确定。

暂定：喷锚钢筋网片采用直径１０、间距１００，锚杆采用直

径２０螺纹钢筋、长度６米、间距２。５米设置，喷射混凝土采用

Ｃ２０，厚度６０－８０，喷射不小于０。４ＭＰａ。具体设

计数据待有勘探报告后计算确定。

施工要点：

１．施工前的准备工作

施工前除根据地质资料进行土层锚杆的施工设计外，应做好以

下工作：

进行土方开挖，使锚杆施工作业面低于锚杆标高５０－６０ｃ

ｍ；并平整好操作范围内的场地。

其他准备，包括电源准备，钢筋、注浆管、分隔器、腰粱、预

应力设备的准备。

２．孔位的校正：锚杆成孔就位后，要按设计要求校正孔位的垂直

偏差。垂直偏差＜２ｃｍ。

areinforcedconcretecast-in-cepilecanbeaddedtoresistoverturningif

necessary.Thespecificdesigndatawillbecalculatedanddeterminedafterthe

explorationreportisavailable.

Tentative:Theshotcreteanchorsteelmeshis10mmindiameter

and100mminpitch,theanchorsare20mmindiameterthreadedsteel

bars,6metersinlength,and2.5metersapart.TheshotcreteisC20,

withathicknessof60-80mm,andtheinjectionpressureisnotst

han0.4MPa.Thespecificdesigndatawillbecalculatedand

determinedaftertheexplorationreportisavailable.
