第1篇

ThisEmploymentContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[EmployersNameorCompanyName](Employer),a[EmployersLegalStatus],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[EmployersAddress],and[EmployeesName](Employee),a[EmployeesLegalStatus],withhis/herprincipalplaceofemploymenttobeat[EmployersAddressorWorkLocation].

1.PositionandTitle

TheEmployeeisherebyemployedbytheEmployeras[EmployeesPosition](thePosition),subjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.

2.TermofEmployment

ThetermofthisContractshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofYears/Months],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

3.WorkHoursandSchedule

TheEmployeeshallworkfull-time,[NumberofHoursperDay/Week]hoursperday/week,unlessotherwiseagreeduponbytheEmployerandtheEmployee.TheEmployeesworkscheduleshallbe[Full-Time/Part-Time]andshallbesubjecttotheEmployersoperationalneeds.

4.Compensation

TheEmployeeshallbepaidamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount]permonth,subjectto[Percentage]deductionfortaxesandotherapplicabledeductions.Paymentshallbemadeonthe[DateofPayment],by[MethodofPayment](e.g.,banktransfer,check,etc.).

5.Benefits

TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtothefollowingbenefits:

6.ConfidentialityandNon-CompeteClause

TheEmployeeagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofallconfidentialinformationobtainedduringthecourseofemploymentwiththeEmployer.TheEmployeefurtheragreesnottoengageinanybusinessactivitiesthatarecompetitivewiththeEmployerforaperiodof[NumberofYears]foll
