ThisCommissionAgreement(Agreement)ismadeandenteredintoasof[InsertDate],byandbetween:

WHEREAS,theCompanyisengagedinthebusinessof[InsertCompany’sBusiness],anddesirestoengagetheContractortoactasanindependentcontractorinconnectionwiththesaleof[InsertProduct/Service].

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.ScopeofServices

TheContractoragreestoperformthefollowingservicesfortheCompany(theServices)inaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthherein:

-Toactivelypromoteandsell[InsertProduct/Service]topotentialcustomerswithin[InsertTerritoryorTargetMarket].

-Toprovideallnecessaryinformation,includingproductspecifications,pricing,andavailability,topotentialcustomers.

-TofollowallCompanypoliciesandproceduresregardingthesaleof[InsertProduct/Service].

-TomaintainconfidentialityofallCompanyproprietaryinformationandcustomerdata.

2.CommissionStructure

TheContractorshallbeentitledtoreceiveacommission(theCommission)onsalesof[InsertProduct/Service]asfollows:

-Abasecommissionrateof[InsertPercentage]%ofthetotalsalespriceforeachsalemadebytheContractor.

-AdditionalincentivesorbonusesmaybeprovidedatthesolediscretionoftheCompany,subjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.

3.PaymentofCommission

-TheCompanyshallpaytheCommissiontotheContractorwithin[InsertNumber]daysofthereceiptofpaymentfromthecustomerforthesaleof[InsertProduct/Service].

-Allcommissionsshallbepaidnetofanyapplicabletaxes
