1.ScopeofWork

TheContractorshallperformallwork,labor,materials,equipment,andservicesrequiredtocompletetheProjectasdescribedintheattacheddrawings,specifications,andscopeofworkdocuments.Theworkshallbecompletedinaccordancewiththelateststandards,codes,andregulationsapplicabletotheconstructionindustry.

2.ProjectSchedule

TheContractorshallcompletetheProjectwithinthetimeframespecifiedintheattachedschedule.AnydelaysduetounforeseencircumstancesshallbecommunicatedtotheClientimmediately,andthescheduleshallbeadjustedaccordingly.

3.PaymentTerms

3.1TheClientshallpaytheContractorasfollows:

4.2TheContractorshallprovidetheClientwithsamplesofmaterialsandequipmentpriortotheiruse,forapproval.

5.SafetyandCompliance

5.1TheContractorshallcomp
