Abstract:
Thispaperstudieslocalstructuralidentifiabilityforaclassofparameter-dependentmechanical
systemsundertheobservationofthepositionandvelocity.Anumericallytractablecondition
forevaluatinglocalidentifiabilityisgiven,andanidentificationalgorithmisderived.Itisshown
thattheycanbeappliedtoarotary-typependulumsystemwithaposition-variableload.
