⽣物活性5-Amino-2-methoxyphenol是⼀种酚类区域异构体。5-Amino-2-methoxyphenol在⼩⿏福尔马林试验中表现
出剂量依赖性的镇痛作⽤，其第⼆相效应的机制依赖于FAAH和TRPV1。5-Amino-2-methoxyphenol可⽤于
镇痛相关研究[1]。
体外研究5-Amino-2-methoxyphenol(compound2)isconjugatedbyFAAHingreateramounts,albeitlessefficiently
andinlesseramountsthan4-Aminopyridine(HY-B0604)inbrainhomogenatefromFAAH+/+mice[1].
体内研究5-Amino-2-methoxyphenol(25-100mg/kg,i.p.,singledose)dose-dependentlyproducesantinociceptionin
themouseformalintest,withitssecond-phaseeffectbeingmechanisticallydependentonbothFAAHand
TRPV1[1].
5-Amino-2-methoxyphenol(300mg/kg,i.p.,singledose)resultsinnosignificantliverinjury,asindicatedby
serumlevelsofALTandtheALT/ASTratio[1].
