摘要：康复机器人作为特种机器人分类中的重要分支，是衡量一个国家创新能力、产业竞争

力和康复医疗水平的重要标志。近年来，康复需求的不断增加及相关技术的进步，使康复机

器人产业拥有广阔的市场前景。我国康复机器人发展虽然起步晚于国外，但是我国康复机器

人的市场规模不断扩大，技术不断取得突破。本文通过INCOPAT检索获取康复机器人及所

属的特种机器人的专利文献，通过分析上述专利对专利申请态势及重要申请人产品及技术进

行研究，分析康复机器人的产业现状及发展趋势，掌握康复机器人的发展定位和发展方向，

从而为实现我国康复机器人产业高质量可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract: As an important branch in the classification of special robots, rehabilitation robots 

are an important symbol for measuring a countrys innovation ability, industrial competitiveness, 

and rehabilitation medical level. In recent years, the continuous increase in rehabilitation 

demand and the progress of related technologies have given the rehabilitation robot industry a 

broad market prospect. Although the development of rehabilitation robots in China started later 

than that in foreign countries, the market scale of rehabilitation robots in China has been 

continuously expanding, and breakthroughs have been continuously achieved in technology. In this 

paper, patent documents of rehabilitation robots and the special robots to which they belong are 

obtained through INCOPAT retrieval. By analyzing the above patents, the patent application trends,
