2019—2023年沂水县农村居民健康素养水平

及影响因素分析

摘要：目的：分析2019—2023年山东省沂水县农村居民健康素养水平及其影响因素，以便有针对性地对农村地区制

定健康干预措施。方法：在2019—2023年山东省沂水县居民健康素养监测资料中抽取农村居民调查问卷进行分析，计算农

村居民健康素养水平变化趋势及其影响因素。结果：2019—2023年，共监测农村居民3519人，各年份农村居民健康素养水

平依次为12.92%、16.73%、20.94%、23.42%、28.87%，差异有统计学意义（χ＝132.386，P＜0.05）。3个方面和6类问题的

健康素养水平均呈现上升趋势，除健康知识健康素养外，其他差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：2019—2023年沂水县

农村居民健康素养水平呈上升趋势，其健康素养水平的主要影响因素与年龄、文化程度有关，要从政府、财政、媒体等方面

增强健康促进与教育工作。
