品管圈活动对提高普外科护理教学质量的效果分析

【摘要】目的分析品管圈活动对提高普外科护理教学质量的效果。方法选择德阳市人民医院2020年3月一

2021年3月118名护理专业医学生作为研究对象，将其随机分为2组。在普外科护理教学过程中，参照组59名医学

研讨组医学生对

生采用常规护理教学，研讨组59名医学生在此基础上开展品管圈活动，对比2组教学效果。结果

带教教师知识水平、管理水平、技能水平以及教学态度四个方面教学质量的评价高于参照组，且研讨组医学生的理论

知识考核、实践操作技能考核成绩均高于参照组，存在统计学差异(P0.05)。研讨组医学生的病情观察判断能力、应急

品管圈活动的应用可明显提高普外科护理教

处理能力评估考核成绩均高于参照组，存在统计学差异（P0.05）。结论

学质量，有利于护理专业医学生理论知识与实践技能水平的快速提升，具备推广价值。
