摘要：随着国产人工智能大模型的快速发展，人们工作生活的方式都发生巨大的改变。在办公自动化领域，利用人工智能技术可

提高办公效率，带来新的发展机遇，与此同时也给办公人员的职业能力提出新的要求。文章参考相关文献阐述人工智能大模型的

相关概念，分析国产人工智能大模型融入办公系统后的优势，并探讨人工智能时代办公人员新的职业能力要求。

workersprofessionalcompetencies.ThispaperdrawsonrelevantliteraturetoexplainthekeyconceptsofAIlarge

models,analyzestheadvantagesofintegratingdomesticAIlargemodelsintoofficesystems,andexploresthenew

professionalcompetencyrequirementsforofficeworkersintheageofartificialintelligence.
