嵌入理论视域下地方高职院校服务乡村振兴路径研究

摘要地方高职院校在乡村振兴战略中起基础性、先导性作用，但在乡村振兴战略实施中，受传统思想观念的

束缚、资源配置不均衡等因素影响，高职院校服务乡村振兴战略的积极性与实效性欠佳。文章基于嵌入理论，在

分析地方高职院校服务乡村振兴的逻辑基础上，探究地方高职院校服务乡村振兴的路径：履行高职教育的社会

责任，提高师生服务乡村振兴的热情；优化资源配置，促进乡村产业振兴；提高人才培养质量，促进乡村人才振

兴；文化传承与创新，促进乡村文化振兴。文章旨在夯实乡村振兴基础，发挥地方高职院校的价值，推动乡村振

兴稳步向前。

AbstractLocalvocationalcollegesplayafundamentalandguidingroleintheruralrevitalizationstrategy.However,

duringtheimplementationoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy,affectedbyfactorssuchastheshacklesoftraditionalideas

andunbalancedresourceallocation,theenthusiasmandeffectivenessofvocationalcollegesinservingtherural

revitalizationstrategyarelessthansatisfactory.Basedontheembeddednesstheory,thispaperexploresthepathfor

localvocationalcollegestoserveruralrevitalizationonthebasisofanalyzingthelogicoflocalvocationalcolleges

servingruralrevitalization:fulfillingthesocialresponsibilitiesofvocationaleducationtoenhancetheenthusiasmof

teachersandstudentsforservingruralrevitalization;optimizingresourceallocationtopromoteruralindustrial

revitalization;improvingthequalityoftalentcultivationtopromoteruraltalentrevitalization;inheritingandinnovating
