高职院校深化“人-AI”协同培养创新人才的研究

摘要：为培养适应新时代需求的创新人才，本研究基于协同理论与分布式认知框架，提出“三层递进式混合智

能模型”（TTHIM），从工具层、协作层、创造层分析人-AI协同对创新人才培养的赋能机制。研究发现，通过构建跨

学科课程体系、实施产教融合项目式学习、加强校企协同生态建设、培养“双师双能”师资队伍及完善多元化评价体

系，可有效提升学生的AI协同力与创新能力。研究表明，高职院校需以人-AI协同为核心重构人才培养模式，培养具

备技术应用、认知协作与创新实践能力的复合型人才，为企业数字化转型提供人才支撑。

Abstract:Tocultivateinnovativetalentsthatmeettheneedsofthenewera,thisstudyproposesa“Three-TierHybrid
