高职教育“岗课赛证”综合育人机制探究

摘要：随着数字化产业转型升级，岗位任务的多重性决定了职业能力培养的复合性，这是当前高职院

校人才培养与产业岗位脱节的主要原因。针对当前职业教育存在的“课岗疏离”“赛证脱节”问题，“岗

课赛证”融通衍生而出，“岗课赛证”融合育人模式是当前一种新型的人才培养模式。在对“岗课赛证”

实施现状进行分析的基础上，深入探究高职教育的“岗课赛证”融通途径。

Abstract:Withthetransformationandupgradingofthedigitalindustry,themultiplicityofjobtasksdeterminesthe

complexityofvocationalabilitycultivation,whichisthemainreasonforthedisconnectbetweentalentcultivationinhigher

vocationalcollegesandindustrialposts.Inresponsetotheproblemsofdistancebetweencoursesandpositionsand

disconnectionbetweencompetitionsandcertificatesincurrentvocationaleducation,theintegrationofpost-course-

competition-certificatehasemerged,andthepost-course-competition-certificateintegratededucationmodeisanew

typeoftalentcultivationmode.Basedontheanalysisofthecurrentimplementationstatusofthepost-course-competition-

certificate,thispaperdelvesintotheintegrationchannelsofthepost-course-competition-certificateinhigher

vocationaleducation.
