全自动液压吊卡的研制

摘要:
针对钻修井作业过程中传统的机械式吊卡的效率低、风险高的问题,研制了全自动液压吊卡。该吊卡采用液压驱
动,可以实现司钻远程控制及信号反馈,吊卡主体可进行±90°的翻转,内部设有自锁机构。根据API8C对设备进行强度
校核,并通过有限元分析对主要受力部件进行分析,结果表明该液压吊卡满足设计要求。为了充分验证液压吊卡的可靠性,
对设计成果进行了样机试制并进行了功能试验和载荷试验。各项数据表明,该液压吊卡满足现场使用要求。
