PDCA循环在提高药品盘点账物相符率中的价值分析

摘要目的：分析PDCA循环在提高药品盘点账物相符率中的价值。方法：回顾性分析2020年1月—2021年12月黔

西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院药房账物数据，2020年1—12月为实施前，全年实施常规药品管理，2021年1—12月

为实施后，全年实施PDCA循环的药品管理。比较实施前后药房药品盘点账物相符率。结果：实施后各月账物相符率

及全年账物相符率高于实施前，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：实施PDCA循环可提高药品盘点账物相符率，对

提高医院药房管理水平及保障临床用药安全有积极影响。

AbstractObjective:ToanalyzethevalueofPDCAcycleinimprovingtheconformityrateofdruginventory.Methods:The

accountdataofpharmacywereretrospectivelyanalyzedinthePeoplesHospitalofQiannanBuyiandMiaoAutonomous

PrefecturefromJanuary2020toDecember2021.Beforetheimplementation,regulardrugmanagementwasimplemented

throughouttheyearfromJanuarytoDecember2020,andaftertheimplementation,PDCAcycledrugmanagementwas

implementedthroughouttheyearfromJanuarytoDecember2021.Theconformityrateofdruginventoryinpharmacybeforeand

afterimplementationwascompared.Results:Aftertheimplementation,themonthlyandannualconformityrateswerehigherthan

thosebeforetheimplementation,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Conclusion:Theimplementationof

PDCAcyclecanimprovetheconformityrateofdruginventory,andhasapositiveimpactonimprovingthemanagementlevelof

hospitalpharmacyandensuringclinicaldrugsafety.
