汽车下加强件前横梁冲压成型

摘要:
针对汽车下加强件前横梁的结构特点和装配要求,确定了最佳的冲压成型工艺方案为拉延成型、修边、整形、冲孔
翻边。进行了冲压成型模具设计、各工序成型力的计算和模具强度校核。并使用Dynaform对汽车下加强件前横梁的拉延成
型过程模拟仿真,确定汽车下加强件前横梁的工艺参数,分析了仿真结果,结合零件的冲压性给出了冲压工艺的一种新最
优备料方法,大大减少了加工成本。
