摘要自进入数字化时代以来，3D打印、三维重建、三维可视化等各项数字化技术在医学领域中被不断应用，其相互结合促进了医

学的发展进步，尤其是外科领域。人工智能（artificialintelligence，AI）兴起后，数字化技术及精准医疗在外科领域得到进一步的

发展和运用，从术前精准定位病灶，到术中实现实时导航，再到术后建立预测模型，为实现精准医疗带来了新方法，促使外科手术全

面向个性化、精准化、智能化转型。本文就数字化技术在胃肠肿瘤疾病中的应用进展进行综述，涵盖术前规划、术中导航、术后恢复

等重要环节，梳理了数字化技术的发展脉络，对胃肠肿瘤外科手术的发展及临床意义进行深入总结，并对数字医疗在该领域的未来

发展方向进行展望。

AbstractWiththeriseofthedigitalera,variousdigitaltechnologies,includingthree-dimensionalprinting,reconstruction,andvisualization,

havebeenwidelyappliedinmedicine,particularlyinsurgery,advancingmedicaldevelopmentandinnovation.Digitaltechnologyandpreci-

sionmedicinehaveadvancedwiththedevelopmentandapplicationofartificialintelligence(AI),leadingtodiverseinnovationsinthefieldof

surgery.Digitaltechnologyhasalsofacilitatednewapproachesinprecisionmedicine,enablingthepreciselocalizationoflesionsbeforesur-
