医疗人工智能社会实验的伦理风险

及其治理路径*

摘要：在医疗人工智能与现实医疗场景融合的过程中，人工智能的颠覆性特征带来了一系列的伦理风险。因此，在医疗场景中

进行社会实验，并时刻监测其可能引发的伦理风险十分必要。当前医疗人工智能社会实验已应用于多个具体场景，但在实验

的具体开展过程中，实验对象、要素、效益等方面尚存伦理风险，这些风险亟需伦理治理。在伦理治理方面，实验人员应在保

护人类福祉的前提下以自主、不伤害、有利、公正原则为指引；以保护实验对象权益、严格纳入排除实验要素、综合评估实

验效益为规范；结合伦理监管、伦理审查、伦理管理等方法施行具体的治理举措。

Abstract：In

the

process

of

integrating

medical

artificial

intelligence

(AI)

with

real-world

medical

scenarios,

the

disruptive

features

of

AI

bring

a

series

of

ethical

risks.

Therefore,

it

is

necessary

to

conduct

social

experiments

in

medical

scenarios

and

continuously

monitor

the

ethical

risks

they

may

cause.

Currently,

been
