摘要：随着计算机人工智能技术的迅猛发展，大型语言模型在医学领域展现出前所未有的应用潜力，尤其在临床实习带教中，提

供全新的方法。文章基于语言模型的基础原理与临床实习带教的实际需求，探讨其在个性化教学设计、智能问答系统、自动化诊断

建议、模拟病例教学等多个方面的创新应用。通过对具体运用策略的分析，揭示语言模型在实习中的效果和提升医学生临床能力

方面的重要作用，为未来医学教育的变革提供宝贵的参考思路。
