摘要：随着城市化进程的加快，电网工程与燃气管道施工的空间重叠问题日益增多，给施工安全带来了

严峻挑战。文章识别了施工中勘查信息、土建施工、机械设备等主要风险因素，分析了其对人身安全、

环境和经济的潜在影响，并提出了明确安全责任、完善风险防控措施、规范作业流程等管理策略，为电

网与燃气管道交叉施工的安全管理提供了理论支持与实践指导。

Abstract:Withtheaccelerationofurbanization,theincreasingspatialoverlapbetweenpowerdistributionnetwork

projectsandgaspipelineconstructionhascreatedsignificantsafetychallenges.Thispaperidentifiesmajorriskfactors

insuchconstructionprojects,includingsitesurveyaccuracy,civilengineeringoperations,andmechanicalequipment

usage,andanalyzestheirpotentialimpactsonpersonnelsafety,environmentalprotection,andeconomiccosts.

Furthermore,itproposesmanagementenhancementstrategiessuchasclarifyingsafetyresponsibilities,optimizingrisk

preventionmeasures,andstandardizingoperationalprocedures.Thestudyprovidesboththeoreticalsupportand
