一种特定零件的加工工艺及钻斜孔夹具设计

摘要：在加工中零件相对机床的良好定位一直是需要解决的首要问题，文中针对一种特定零件，分析了其结构和功能特性；在确定其各表面加工方法的基础上，制定了该零件的加工工艺；并通过其中钻斜孔工序的自由度限制的确定，核算了定位误差;最后设计出该零件的夹具，为零件的加工等后续问题提供技术参考。

Abstract:Inordertolocatethepartrelativetothemachinetoolduringmachining,thispaperanalyzesthestructuralandfunctionalcharacteristicsofaspecificpart.Onthebasisofdeterminingitssurfaceprocessingmethods,theprocessingtechnologyofthispartisformulated.Throughthedeterminationofthedegreeoffreedomlimitofthedrillingobliqueholeprocess,thepositioningerroriscalculated.Thefixtureforthispartisdesigned.Theworkdoneisdesignedtoprovideatechnicalbasisforthemachiningoftheparts.
