患者安全运动：历史与未来方向

【摘要】自20世纪90年代末美国医学研究所（IOM）揭示医疗差错严重性以来，患者安全成为全球关注焦点。本文通过回顾患

者安全运动的历史，探讨患者安全模型的有效性，强调未来患者安全运动需持续推进安全文化建设、深化跨领域合作、加强人

工智能（AI)等新技术的应用。麻醉科作为临床重要的平台学科，可通过加强安全文化建设、借鉴高危领域安全范式及AI赋能

患者管理等路径，保障医疗质量，提升患者安全水平。

[Abstract]SincetheInstituteofMedicine(IOM)intheUnitedStatesunveiledtheseverityofmedicalerrorsinthelate1990s,patient

safetyhasbecomeaglobalfocus.Thisarticlereviewsthehistoryofthepatientsafetymovement,explorestheeffectivenessofpatientsafety

models,andemphasizestheneedforthefuturepatientsafetymovementtocontinuouslypromotethedevelopmentofasafetyculture,deepen

cross-disciplinarycollaboration,andenhancetheapplicationofemergingtechnologiessuchasartificialintligence(AI).Asacrucial

platformdisciplineinclinicalpractice,anesthesiologycanensuremedicalqualityandelevatepatientsafetylevelsbystrengtheningthe

developmentofasafetyculture,drawingonsafetyparadigmsfromhigh-riskfields,andleveragingAItoempowerpatientmanagement.
